Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Oxenta. We are committed to delivering your order safely and on time.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Maharashtra: 2–5 Business Days
  • Rest of India: 3–7 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.           

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • Any applicable shipping charges (if introduced in the future) will be displayed during checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A Shipping Confirmation Email
  • A Tracking Number (if available)

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.     

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will usually make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to us.


6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

Oxenta is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.   

7. Delayed Delivery

While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

We appreciate your patience in such situations.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.

    9. International Shipping

    Currently, Oxenta ships only within India.

    We do not offer international shipping at this time.
